Berlain views the world differently than those around him and often finds social interactions challenging. His connection to the gods is an integral part of his character and he has a deep respect for all living things – be they human or part of nature. Berlain wishes to bring the gods’ peace, love and hope to all but also understands a person’s right to choose.
While he understands the gift he has been given, he questions his ability to wield the power to make a difference in the world.
